Fulfillment time calculation
Fulfillment time calculation: Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM (CST). For instance, if we receive payment for your orders at 11:59 PM on the 9th of the month, the fulfillment time will start from the 10th. However, if the order is placed at 12:00 AM on the 10th, the fulfillment time will be calculated from the 11th. The fulfillment process is considered complete when the tracking information shows "pick up."

Free expedited shipping. If the customer is already using express shipping, provide a $20 coupon or cancel the order with a full refund and a $10 coupon.
