How PrintKK calculates shipping cost for an order with one product?

The cost for shipping is the price in the First product row. For example,

Buy ONE hoodie to US, using standard shipping method.

Hoodie → US → First product: $10.79.

The cost of shipping one hoodie to the US is $10.79.

How PrintKK calculates shipping cost for orders with several same products?

The cost for shipping is the sum of price in First product row and Additional product row. For example,

Buy TWO hoodies to US, using standard shipping method.

The cost of shipping two hoodies to the US is $18.43.

How PrintKK calculates shipping cost for orders with several different products?

The highest price in the First product row among products is taken as a base. Then, cover the other products, add other products' Additional product price.
