At PrintKK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with our products, you may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

If a product has defects or quality issues, please contact us directly.

To process your request, you must provide clear evidence, such as photos or videos, demonstrating the issue.

 

2. Fulfillment Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring a smooth fulfillment process. Once an order is placed, we guarantee the fulfillment time as outlined here: Shipping & Fulfillment.

 

3. Exceptions & Limitations

PrintKK is a custom-printing company. We are not responsible for losses caused by specific external factors. We reserve the right to deny after-sales service in the following cases:

Natural disasters that prevent delivery or cause damage.

Loss of goods after successful delivery (e.g., theft or incorrect address provided by the customer).

If you or your customers experience any issues with an order, please submit a Problem Report for assistance.

 

4. EU Consumer Notification

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products.

Therefore, PrintKK reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

 

5. Governing Language

This policy is governed and interpreted in English, regardless of any translations made for reference.
