When preparing your designs for printing, make sure your files meet the following requirements:

PNG (Preferred for transparent backgrounds)

JPG (High-quality images)

1. We will compress your uploaded files.

2. The file size after compression must not exceed 20MB.

3. The width or height of your file must not be greater than 30,000 px.

4. If you're unsure about the file size or dimensions, you can check the file's properties for this information.

For most products, a minimum of 150 DPI is required. This ensures the design prints clearly without pixelation.

For smaller items or designs with intricate details, you may need to upload files with a higher DPI to achieve the best print quality.
