Return and Resend Policy for Poor Quality Products 📦

At PrintKK, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with poor quality, we have a return and resend policy to protect your rights and interests. This applies to the following situations:

1. Poor Print Quality or Design Placement Issues 🎨

1.1. Blurry Print

  • Edges of the print are out of focus or indistinct.

1.2. Fuzzy Design Details

  • The design appears blurry and doesn't match the quality of the original print file, resulting in distortion.

1.3. Design Placement Issues

  • Incorrect Placement: The print is positioned too high, too low, crooked, upside down, or in the wrong area.
  • Noticeable Distortion: The design placement is so off that it’s noticeable to the customer.

1.4. Peeling Print

  • Print is coming off in pieces or is not adhering properly to the fabric.

1.5. Scaling Issue

  • The design is printed too large or too small, making it noticeably different from the artwork and impacting the final look.

2. Sizing Issues 📏

If the actual product size is more than 3cm bigger or smaller than the announced size in the size chart, we will also address the issue.

  • Sizing Mismatch: If the garment does not match the size chart and deviates by more than 3cm in either direction, it will be considered a sizing issue.

Important Notes:

  1. Production Deviations: In some cases, actual production may slightly differ from the design effects.
  2. Color Differences: Colors in the design tool may differ from the actual product. Always refer to the product photos for accurate color representation.
  3. Image Format: For better print results, we recommend uploading transparent PNG images to ensure the best quality.
  4. Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) Printing:
    • If you notice a white outline around your design, please understand that this is a natural result of the HTV process.
    • The outline ensures a secure attachment of the pattern to the fabric and is not considered a flaw or defect.
