General Help Topics

By checking "Dashboard'-"Orders" -"My orders" page, you will get details about orders. Orders will be shown with the following statuses:

1. All

Here you can see all order information including order status.

2. Pending payment

Your order has not been paid for. Please purchase your order as soon as possible, otherwise this order will be closed within 7 days.

3. Being fulfilled

Once paid, the order will turn to 'Being fulfilled' status. It means the order has been added to production list, waiting for production.

4. Shipped

Your order has been shipped. You can track your orders on the tracking platform. The order may contain products that do not ship together. So remember to track all packages.

5. Completed

When all packages are delivered, the order status will be 'Completed'. The customer can write some comments about this shopping and contact us.

6. Canceled

You can cancel your order as long as you don't pay for the order. If you want to cancel after paying, you should contact our support team in time.

7. Closed

If you don't purchase order in time within 7 days, your order will be closed. By the way, if we can't fulfill your imported order due to the unreachable region, the order will be closed.
