General Help Topics

To check the status of your orders, go to DashboardOrdersMy Orders. You'll find the order details along with the following statuses:

 


 

1. All

Description: View all order information, including the current status of each order.

 


 

 

2. Pending Sync

Description: The order has been synced, but the system cannot recognize the design.

Action Needed: Please open the order and manually bind the design by selecting “Choose Design” to proceed with fulfillment.

 


 

3. Pending Payment

Description: This order has not been paid for yet.

Action Needed: Please complete your payment as soon as possible. If payment is not made within 7 days, the order will be closed.

 


 

4. Being Fulfilled

Description: Once the order is paid, it will enter the 'Being Fulfilled' status.

What’s Happening: The order has been added to the production list and is awaiting production.

 


 

5. Shipped

Description: Your order has been shipped.

Action: You can track your order on the tracking platform. Please note that some products in the same order may ship separately, so be sure to track all packages.

 


 

6. Completed

Description: All packages in the order have been delivered.

Action: You can now leave a review and contact us if needed.

 


 

7. Canceled

Description: You can cancel the order if it has not been paid for yet.

Action: If the order is already paid and you wish to cancel, please contact our support team immediately.

 


 

8. Closed

Description: The order is closed for the following reasons:

You did not complete payment within 7 days.

The order could not be fulfilled due to an unreachable region.
