Important Cancellation Policy

• Our system processes orders automatically, meaning they go directly into production once paid.
• Once an order is in production, cancellation is usually not possible.
• If you need to cancel part or all of your order, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but in most cases, cancellation will not be successful.

What If My Order Cannot Be Canceled?

• If the order has not been shipped yet, but cancellation is not possible, you may choose not to receive the parcel when it arrives.
• If the order has not yet been shipped, we can refund your shipping fee upon request.
