If you currently are selling through a sales channel that PrintKK doesn't integrate with, and you would like to use PrintKK services, you are supposed to using comma-separated values (CSV) to import orders to PrintKK.
Before you import orders, make sure you've read the following content.
Step1. Go to orders page and click CSV order import
Step2. Choose the way that fits your demand on orders
There is only one choice for you now. Orders containing designs you have made in PrintKK can be processed with this. Other situations like: orders contains products which is not designed yet in PrintKK, will be supported in the future.
Step3. Download sample order template and create with it.
Step4. Fill in the order details with the guide below.
Notice:
·Only .csv file allowed.
·Please upload file which size is less than 1MB.
·Don't change the content in the first row and fill in all the mandatory fields.
·Make sure products in the same order have the same ReferenceOrderID and Label and you have to place them consecutively. If not, they will be devided and put into different orders.
Fields description:
ReferenceOrderID: Required. Your order ID for reference
Label: Reference use, like your store name, brand name.
Design ID: Required. Unique ID we used to find your design. Check it in the product templates.
Variant: Required. SKU attributes. Ex. color/size: white/s
Quantity: Required. Quantity of the particular line item.
First name: Required. Customer's first name.
Last name: Required. Customer's last name.
Email: Required. Must in email format.
Phone: Required. Customer's phone number.
Country: Required. Customer's country for shipping address. Please transfrom it to alph-2 country code
Region: Required. Customer's region for shipping address.
City: Required. Customer's city for shipping address.
Zip: Required. Customer's zip code for shipping address.
Address 1: Required. Customer's shipping address.
Address 2: Customer's supplementary shipping information.
Shipping: Required. Preference for shipping services from PrintKK. PrintKK has three shipping levels:
1 for Standard shipping(Average fulfillment time 10-20 business days),
2 for Fast shipping(Average fulfillment time 8-15 business days),
3 for Express shipping(Average fulfillment time 5-10 business days).
Please rank them in format like: 1#2#3.
Shipping fee will be calculated in your preference order.
Operations: Please leave it blank.
Step5. Upload the CSV order.
Step6. Check the uploaded result.
You can check info about error and result. And cells with wrong input will be shown with three status:
Can't be empty: Need values.
Not valid: Wrong format.
Can't ship to the place: Wrong address or PrintKK can't provide shipping service for particular places.
Step7. Submit and pay them in orders page.
