If you are selling through a sales channel that PrintKK does not integrate with, but you still want to use PrintKK's fulfillment services, you will need to manually import orders into PrintKK.

Steps to Manually Import Orders

1️⃣ Download Orders from Your Third-Party Store

• Log in to your eCommerce platform (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
• Export or download the order file in CSV or Excel format.

2️⃣ Upload Orders to PrintKK

• Go to PrintKK Dashboard → Orders → Import Orders.
• Upload the downloaded order file from your store.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to map order details correctly.

Once uploaded and paid, PrintKK will process your orders for fulfillment and shipping.
