🧼 Important Notice on DTG Prints 🧼

When you receive a new product featuring a Direct-to-Garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like odor or see an off-white residue on the surface. Rest assured, this is completely normal and due to a fixation agent used during the printing process. This agent is not permanent and will not affect the quality of your product.

🔍 What’s the Fixation Agent?

- The fixation agent, sometimes called pre-treatment, is essential for all DTG prints in the industry.
- It ensures the ink adheres properly to the material, preventing it from flaking or peeling off.

🧽 How to Remove Residual Smell and Residue:

- Simply clean the product.
- A single wash should be sufficient to eliminate both the odor and the residue, leaving your product fresh and ready to use.
