How can we help you?

General Help Topics

We do not provide UPC, EAN, or GTIN codes. However, we can guide you on how to apply for a GTIN exemption from Amazon.

Amazon requires products sold on its platform to have unique identifiers, such as UPC (Universal Product Code) or GTIN (Global Trade Item Number). If your product does not have these identifiers, you will need to apply for a GTIN exemption.

How do I request GTIN exemption from Amazon?

1. From your Amazon dashboard, go to "Catalog" > "Add Products select "Blank form", and click "Start".

Amazon will automatically fill in the "Product Type" field based on the name you added. From there, click "Confirm" if the information is accurate or "Select other" to correct it.

Does PrintKK provide GTIN?3. Once you've completed the 2 fields, more options will appear in the same tab. Ensure that the field "Item Type Keyword" is completed, and tick the options "This product does not have a brand name" and "I don't have a Product ID".
