If you receive the message "You are not allowed to connect the link which has already been connected to PrintKK" during app installation, it means that the store you are trying to integrate is already linked to a PrintKK account.

 


 

How to Resolve This Issue?

🔹 If You Are NOT the Store Owner:
Please contact the store owner to resolve this issue.

🔹 If You ARE the Store Owner:
1️⃣ Check your PrintKK accounts to see if the store is already connected to one of them.
2️⃣ If an account is connected, remove the store from that account before linking it to a new one.

 


 

What If No Accounts Are Connected?

  • Check your installed apps/plugins list in your store settings.
  • If PrintKK is installed, delete the app/plugin and reconnect it.

📌 Example for Shopify:

  • Go to Shopify Admin Panel → Apps
  • Find PrintKK and uninstall it
  • Reinstall and connect again
  •
