What Files Should I Prepare Before Starting Design? 📂
To ensure a smooth design process, please prepare your files according to the following requirements:
Supported Formats:
- You need to upload files in PNG or JPG formats. 🖼️
Size of Print Files:
- After uploading, we will compress your files. Please note:
- We cannot process files larger than 20MB after compression.
- The width or height of the file should not exceed 30,000 px.
- If you don't know how to check the size or dimensions of the file, you can check the file's properties. 📏
DPI (Dots Per Inch):
- For most products, a print file with at least 150 dpi is required. If the DPI is not high enough, the design may appear pixelated. For some smaller items, you may need to upload print files with a higher DPI to ensure details can be printed perfectly. 📐
- Although 150 dpi is acceptable, the more detailed the design, the higher the resolution should be. Therefore, if you prioritize clarity, 300 dpi is a better choice. 🔍
