Print files guideline

1. Upload files in JPG and PNG formats with at least 150 dpi

For the better printing performance, make sure you upload images with at least 150 dpi. We recommend using PNG and SVG,because PNG's background is transparent, SVG's size is small and can be scaled without changing the quality of the image.

2. Make your design with the SRGB color profile

The color might be effected when converted to CMYK color profile which is used for printing. For the best accuracy, we suggest that you convert the print file to sRGB color profile in your design software.

3. Design and refer to the recommend size for each canvas

We now don't support the product templates for designing on your side. Make sure that print files have at least 150 dpi after eidting.

Design tips

Safe & Stitching area

  • Safe Print Area (green thread):

Actual display area of the design pattern

In order to avoid white edges on the finished product or the pattern being cut, when designing, please put some main elements in the safety zone as much as possible, and the pattern designed on the edge of the safety zone is recommended to go beyond the safety zone as much as possible.

  • Stitching Line(black thread

This area will be stitched during production. Please make sure your designs are not in this place.

Note:

1. In some cases, actual production might deviate from design effects.

2. Design tool colors may differ from actual product colors. Refer to product photos for accurate colors.

3.To achieve a better printing result, we recommend uploading transparent PNG images.

Please note that the Heat Transfer Vinyl Printing technology may result in a white outline around the design's perimeter on the final product.

This particular outline serves a vital purpose by ensuring a secure attachment of the pattern to the fabric.

Please understand that the white outline is inevitable in the printing process.  It is not a flaw or defect
